Check park/tail fuse regarding dash ,park ,tail problem .brake light on passenger side is probably the brake globe needs replacing .Turn signals on passenger side could be globes or switch, check globes first ,if globes and fuse are ok ,may well be the switch especially if park switch and turn signals are on the same switch lever/stalk

SOURCE: Buick park avenue 1994 heater not working temp.display blinking

off the top of my head you probably have digital controls
the jump probably gave the heater relay a jolt of elec. which made it freeze open or shut
try disconnecting battery for 5 minutes and reconnect it this should reset relay
also heres something to look at even though it gets cold a hose could have split and slow leak on passenger side check floor for wetness if so take to nearest auto shop this needs fixed right away

i had a car that the relays froze shut so i had to manual start it under neith the car with a long screw driver cause key wouldnt start it

temp guage only shows temp not low coolant you gotta pop the hood and check manually the coolant tank for low fluid
even with low fluid the car would have heated up quicker so the idea of low fluid is a gasp heater would have heated quicker too
check condensor in front the small radiator infront of big radiator to see if iced up a little hose water sprayed on it should loosen the ice if any try to see if theres a way in mornings to see if you have any coolant leaks
coolant leaks can break a car into parts and be costly

SOURCE: 1994 Buick Regal Grand Sport: Brake light in the

i had the same problem had to replace the turn signal switch....GM for some reason wired the brake lights through the turn signal switch. to check if this is the case with yours. put some pressure on the turn signal lever as if you were going to turn on your brights and press your brake pedal and see if the lights work at that point that is how i found mine. hope this helps. if indeed they work with pressure on the turn signal lever. the new switch cost me $60 at autozone and that is with the steering wheel radio controls, make sure you get the proper switch should be part# sw771 if you have the radio controls on steering wheel and you will need a steering wheel puller and lock plate compressing tool.

Dash and tail lights not workjng brake and turn signal on passanger side not working

The dash and tail lights are on two different circuits, and the brake and turn signals are on different circuits, so at least 4 circuits total.
I would start at the headlight switch and check for power on the first two issues.

Passanger side taillight is out. Turn signal and brake light still works. Tested light socket it still works.

Probably the bulb.

Combo tail light/turn signal/brake light bulbs are dual filaments.

The tail light (which is one filament) is on more often than the others (which are the second filament, which is brighter).

2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee right taillight only one NOT working.

When you are using the keyless entry you are flashing the turn signals... which are also the brake lamp filiment.
The park lamps on that side of the car simply dont work.
There is probably an open somewhere in the wire to that lamp. The lamps are fed through the wiring harness on the drivers side. Your break in the line is somewhere between the left and right in the rear. You can try to find it or run a jumper from left to right under the rug and save some pain. Your call.
