Sounds like the alternator if you have replaced the battery. check at the battery posts with a meter when running the vehicle should charge at around 14 volts if you are not getting that with the vehicle running you need to have the alternator checked.

Something is draining your battery overnight and once you start running it, it recharges your battery. If you have anything plugged into your cigarette lighter, unplug them. Unplug anything that you can, like if you have an amplifier for your stereo or anything else. Tonight unhook your negative terminal, and then hook it up in the morning and if it is ok, then you know that is definitely your problem.
