I'm trying to get the wiring diagram for the lighting system on my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. I've installed a set of HID headlights and fog lights, but I need the diagram so I can figure out how to re-wire the headlights so they don't come on during the daytime (DRL's). i want to add DRL to my vehicle
DRL function is built into the body control module. If your car doesn't have DRL, you'll need to do a full reprogramming on the BCM. Not feasible. Plus, adding HID to halogen headlight assembly is a horrible idea and *******.

SOURCE: 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Thermostat
as you face the engine the thermostat bell is on the right (drivers side) Follow the radiatoe hose. Remove the two bolts and raise the bell still attatched to the hose. the thermostat is there with the rubber seal. You can gently pry the thermostat out with a screwdriver or something similar. Put in new thermostat be sure it is the same as the old one, and then replace or change the seal (be sure it is the smae size and thickness as the old one as I got the wrong size from Napa) Then replace the bell, and tighten, but not over tighten. I hope this helps!

I have 3 mechanization's that illustrate the components and the wire color for the DRL system of you vehicle. If you have an e-mail address I can forward them to you.
I will display them below, but they may not be legible in this format.
Let me know.
