many parts, dont like that, and will blow a fuse, protecting these devices.

Hooked battery up backwards

You need to take the Alternator in for a Bench check. The diodes are probably bad. Wiper switch or motor can be bad. Radio can be smoked.

For wiper motor, the contact points use a system where a derailer mechanically shifts the points to break contact. The contacts are probably fused.

I put my battery in backwards an snow it won't

That wire was probably a fuseable link which is designed to melt inside like a regular fuse.
Do you have voltage on both ends ? And are the other fuses getting power ?

2000 Sebring JXI wont start & when in reverse you can push the car forward or backward

Click on the link for starter wiring. Not sure what's going on with your tranny? You can see in the diagram, the tranny module gets voltage from the crank position, ignition switch. You can also see the fuse, not only check the fuse, use a testlight and check voltage on fuse circuit.
Any testing, make sure functional parking brake is set and block the wheels. be safe. Safety is your responsibility.

1988 jeep 4.0 battery installed backwards now cranks but wont start

have you checked all ofyour fuses? usually when you hook up a battery backwads you end up blowing a fuse and or fry your alternator on older modeled vehicles as there is no protection for it.
