Code p0733 refers to gear 3 -incorrect ration===causes---wiring---TR sensor/switch--shift solenoids---transmission mechanical fault
code p0420 refers to catalytic converter system -bank 1---efficiency below threshold===causes--cat converter--wiring--HO2s 2
code po430 refers to cat converter system bank 2--efficiency below threshold===causes--cat converter--wiring ---HO2s 2
code p0328 refers to knock sensor (KS) 1 bank 1--high input===causes--wiring short to positive--KS incorrectly tightened--KS---ECM
basically replace the cat converters as they are blocking the exhaust system and preventing your over 45mph problem
replace the TR sensor/ switch as you have not mentioned a transmission problem
Rectify the problem with the KS as it controls the air/fuel mixture setting which contributes to the car getting hot.

Well, I hate to inform you of this, but all Nissan engines except the V-6 that was used in the Quest mini-van up to 2003 are interference engines- meaning that if a valve is fully open and the corresponding piston travels to Top Dead Center (TDC), they will contact forcefully resulting in a bent valve.
I have seen this many times as most people don't want to spend the $500 to have their timing belt replaced.
Fortunately for you, Nissan cylinder head castings are built pretty strong. I have pulled the cylinder heads and replaced bent valves (be sure to "lap them in" with a good valve lapping compound) and reassembled the engines with fantastic results. Most engines have broken valve guides and valves and pistons, but Nissans typically don't break these things.
This is a very involved job and should not be attempted unless you have pretty extensive experience with the internal combustion engine, so I would recommend a trusted mechanic or, ultimately, your local dealer.
Depending on labor rate, you're looking in the ball park of $1500 for this repair.
I hope this has been helpful!!

oil is non conductive so I doubt that's the problem, but the oil leak should be fixed to reduce problems down the road.
as for the misfire could be a couple things, fouled plug(s), a plug wire(s) that has cracks, or even valves that are not seating which i doubt from your explanation.
I would change your plugs and wires first, and fix oil leak. if this does not fix the issue there are other things going on.

Knock Sensor Circuit High Input (Bank 1)
Possible Causes:
Knock sensor signal circuit is open.Knock sensor signal circuit is shorted to VREF or system power.Knock sensor is damaged or has failed.Trouble Code: P0420
Catalyst Efficiency Below Normal (Bank 1)
Possible Causes:
Air leaks at the exhaust manifold or in the exhaust pipes.Catalytic converter is damaged, contaminated or has failed.Front HO2S or rear HO2S is contaminated with fuel or moisture.Front HO2S and/or the rear HO2S is loose in the mounting hole.Front HO2S older (aged) than the rear HO2S (HO2S is lazy).
