2003 M45 Infinity seems to have transmission problem, since I have noticed it slips between the first two gears. Transmission fluid is full. Any thoughts?

Just because the tranny fluid is full doesn't really mean that much. More importantly, what does it look and smell like? The recommended interval for trans service is 30,000 miles. It is important that this be done every time. The reason is that the tranny fluid pan has a filter inside. As the fluid loses its viscosity it loses its ability to lubricate. Once this begins to take place the heat and wear inside the transmission increase and can do so very quickly. If there is excessive wear then when you perform the service you will find metallic shavings in the bottom of the pan and in the fluid. If the fluid is not a brighter shade of red, or if it is more of a rust looking color then I would say have it serviced asap. If it smells burnt then that is another warning sign. But I would definitely have it serviced, not just draining and refilling the fluid. But filter, pan gasket and bolts as well. If the fluid looks good and doesn't smell burnt, then it could likely be a shift solenoid type issue. But you would have to have that diagnosed at a shop that has a Consult type computer to check for codes in the TCM.

My 2003 cavalier automatic transmission slips in last high gear

The slip is likely always there you just feel it the most in top gear because that is when the most stress is on the clutch pack inside the transmission. You will need to have the transmission overhauled in most cases to correct this.

What would cause these symptoms on a 2003 dodge durango engine stalls sometimes accelleration is affected and transmission seems to slip but may not be slipping

If the transmission seems to be slipping, check the fluid level for the automatic transmission.

If the engine stalls on acceleration, the tps or throttle position sensor may be bad, or the engine is in need of a tune up.

My 2003 dodge caravan whines and when it seems

Hate to tell you this , but sounds like the pump is going in the transmission. First check the fluid level to make sure the fluid is up to full. The fuild and filter need to be replace at 60,000 miles. Clogged transmission filter can restrict the fluid flow into the transmission fluid pump.

Even when warmed up and driving my 2003 Nissan Altima changes gears pretty hard.

You need a transmission flush through the radiator and transmission
a new tranny filter and clean the pan.If this still happens then your transmition is slipping gears because of shaved gears this is noticable
when there is lots of metal particles or chunks. If this occours than i suggest a rebuild or used transmition.

Transmission Slipping?

Putting it in four wheel drive does not eliminate the transmission. Honestly, it sounds like the transmission is on it's way out. A 4l60e in one of cars was acting the same way. It required a rebuild.
