I have a 93 honda prelude vtec 2.2l drove and parked, will not start, just cranks over. replaced coil, starter, main relay switch, ignitor, plugs, getting fuel but will not start

how about the relay up under the dash on left side of wheel (steering)

Honda has a lot of problems with main relays. Provided you have good voltage in the battery you can try to see if it will start in neutral, if it does the saftey switch could be defective. Another possibilty is the starter. If you can hold the key in the crank position while someone taps on the starter it may start. If it does then replace the starter.

Check the PND (Park Neutral Drive Safety Switch)

Unfortunately you probably need a new distributor. There are three pick-up coils mounted down inside the base of it. They go bad quite commonly. The unfortunate part is; the new distributor will come with a new cap, rotor, coil and module...which you have already bought. The distributors are not that expensive though, maybe you can sell the extra parts???

Crankshaft postion sensor probably...

Although Im not sure if the 93 had one...

Could also be a bad relay switch... should be located in a fuse box under the hood somewhere, its a littl box looking that that clicks when you engage the starter, it kills the power to everything except the started and coil.. if its bad you wouldn't get any spark...

check for power with someone cranking the engine if power pump is bad if not look into the main relay also timing belt

Sounds like a bad starter or teeth missing of the flexplate or flywheel. Is it a stickshift? Can you push start it?

Check your fuses first....let us know what you find...even reseat them, i.e, pull one out at a time and reinsert it.

does it turn over every time when you say doesn't start need a better description ,check battery ,battery cables,battery terminals if it does crank and just doesn't start check ignition switch ,main relay or ignition ignitor

Sounds like you accidently pulled the thin wire from you starter motor. Look at the connections at the end of the solenoid, mounted on starter motor.The thick red wire is Battery + next to that connection is a smaller male push- on terminal, locate loose wire (thin) in the same area and reconnect to male push-on terminal on solenoid or check if earth cable between body/battery to engine wasnt removed in the process.Also some vehicles you have to engage the clutch before starting, check for a switch located on clutch pedal where master cylinder connects to clutch pedal (Is clutch switch mounted and wiring connected?)
