I bought the car and it wouldnt start and i was told that the car had jumped time i checked the belt and it is a little loose and i need to no how set the timing after i buy the new belt.
If you have Dual Over Head Cams you have to set both to 12 o clock make sure your num#1 piston is on top dead center in order for your tiiming to be right, another thing is that if your old belt sliped there could be a chance that valve damage might of occured or may be not since most honda engine are interference engines

When a car "jumps time" it is possible to have a piston hit an open valve if the valve is still in the open position when the piston arrives at top dead center.
I'm not entirely sure this is avoidable in these cars, as some cars have enough clearance. I suspect this may not be the case for Honda's.
Before you go through the trouble and expense of purchasing a timing belt, you may want to have this checked...
