The clock on the dash stay on but very dim... After the car turn off and I pull out the key.. Any help is great..

are you sure its the alarm? and do you have the red key for the car? hondas have a immobilizer and they quite often lose the code by themselfs hence you need the red key to reprogram it. If you dont have it then it may be quite expensive.
If you have the key to disable the alarm I would try that first, small key on the side of the alarm box turn to off and try it again.

Hmmm.. Then why is the battery keep dying on me. For example if I let my car sit for 2 or 3 days wit out driving it. Battery went dead.
