one circuit is earthing back through another circuit causing the bulb to stop working during the flash

When the neutral light is blinking that means you have a problem with your transmissin.

with these lights on there could be a lot of different problems. the best thing to do is to take it to an autoparts store and they will scan it for free and tell u the problem.

Sounds like a problem with the selector switch. It is unlikely to be gearbox issue. I suspect the gearbox is being "told" to go into neutral!

Back to the dealer with that one so they can do a can bus test on the selector lever...

trans problem have looked at by dealer asap.
