No relay involved , could be the driver door master switch . But i see more broken wire's inside the flex boot from the body to the driver door . All the power window switches get power from driver master switch . Look for a broken tan (B+ ) supply or black ground wire . Without testing ,this would be just a guess . Take hold of the boot an wiggle .

First I would check the fuse, if it is burned then it means there is a short in the system. It must be found and repaired before you can continue to check the rest of the power window system. If the fuse is burned, I would first suspect the power window switch,the power window relay, and last but not the least, the electric. motor. 1 time out of 100,000 or more times a wire if chafed or rubbing causing a short.
Most likely this is the case from what you tell me. Get yourself if you don't have a voltmeter or, just a 12 volt test lamp. First remove the door cover screws, door handle, locks etc., also remove the screws in the door switch drivers side. Then on the bottom of the door using a wide flat head screw driver gently pop the plastic tabs out so it don't look hacked. If your using a test light, connect one end, most of the time it's an alligator clip, connect it to a good ground, the door cross brace itself is a good ground and make sure it does not have paint on it. Touch the end of the light to the positive side of the battery to make sure the test light works OK. Connect the the light/lamp end to all the connections on the bottom of the power window switch ( drivers side ), one switch at a time, pushing the switch on and off to make sure all switches have power to both sides when button is pushed, if the test light lights while pressed on, then the switch's are good. If the switch tests good then I would have no problem buying a power window relay. Your Drivers side switch controls all windows that's why you check the power to that switch only. I would change the relay first if the fuse is OK because it's common to be the relay but, one never knows. I hope this is not too confusing but, it beats paying $$$$$$$$ to a dealer or repair shop if you can fix it yourself. And I have a feeling this is a easy fix. Good luck with your repair....tommyjg

Remove the door panel and find the window motor Unplug it and using a separate car battery run cables directly to the window motor When you switch the polarity the motor will either bring the window up or down or if noting happened change the window motor and window regulator assembly.
