Cell phone charger port problem. The screw that holds the little fuse in the center of it and a yet tinier plug that fits into the center of the screw have popped out. That is a total of 3 items . It is near the floor of the car and because there is a console above it, I can't look into it to figure it out.

Replace the 15 amp ACC fuse that is in the fusebox under the dash. See if this eliminates your problem.

You have a blown fuse that controls that circuit. Look for the POWER OUTLET fuse under the dash, and replace it.

Are you charging the phone and using it while on and plugged in? You may be pulling more juice than the amps rating on the fuses can deliver.
