SOURCE: Heater blower fan not operating

First, check the fuse. If that is good, chances are the blower motor is in need of replacement.

SOURCE: heater/ac blower will not work on lower speeds

Replace blower motor resistor. Usually up under dash on duct work, on passenger side. Look for connector from it to fan motor.

Heater blows no heat

  1. check to see if you have voltage to your blower motor with key on and blower motor switch selected to a speed setting
  2. if you have voltage, then your blower motor is faulty
  3. no voltage means that you have a blown fuse, bad relay, bad fan switch, or bad blower motor resistor.

Blower motor only runs on low for 2006 sprinter van

If your blower runs at low speed at the highest speed setting, it is more likely to be the motor rather than the resistor array. If it runs at low speed setting only then it is likely to be the resistor array.

WHERE DO I FIND MY RESISTERS FOR MY HEATER BLOWER SO I CAN REPLACE THEM

Under dash panel,or behind glove box on most of vehicles.

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR

Its faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.

Low speed ac blower motor does not work. Other

The heater blower motor has a blower resister. its in the heater box next to the blower motor, above the passengers feet. The bottom of the dash has a cover hold on with a few screws. the resister has a 4 or 5 wire plug and is heald in with 2 bolts, remove the connector then the bolts and it'll slide out. The new one may have to come from the dealer and have your VIN ready when you call. They'll have it or can get it in one regular day

Ac blower motor

Check fuse supplying fan is not blown,
Check blower control switch is operating OK,
Check relay controlling fan is operating OK,
Check variable speed resistor pack is not faulty (the resistor pack is usually located in the blower ducting, in the blower airflow),
Check blower motor ground connection is not missing.
