On the upper section off the steering oil contender you have a rim ,the oil level need to rich this one,all the best.

Hi, according to the manual it should be 8.5 qrts After replacing the oil, start engine for a few minutes to allow the oil to circulate switch off and check the dipstick for correct level. Between Min and Max. Hope this helps.

The oil capacity for the 2.0 if 4 quarts with the filter.

The Castrol Edge is LL04 spec and is fine to use on your car as a replacement for LL01. The oil capacity on the N42 engine is 4.3 litres

The correct capacity is 8qts. 5w30 synthetic oil.

Engine oil capacity, (with filter), for 2005 Mercedes Benz E 320 CDI is 8.5 litres.

Your car holds almost 8 quarts of oil and it doesn't need changing untill you drive 8,000 to 15,000 miles

if you have a 1ZZ engine

4.2 quarts, 4.4 quarts with oil filter change

if you have the 2ZZ engine (XRS model) it is

4.4 quarts, 4.6 quarts with oil filter change

NOTE these are updated capacities that reflect changes identified in TSB: TSB-0134-08 issued July 15, 2008.
