I suspect the ignition switch is malfunctioning.
SOURCE: Won't shift out of park
check to make sure you have brake lights when trying to shift if not check the brake lamp switch if it is ok you might need a shift interlock solenoid
SOURCE: can't shift out of park
Im assuming that the lights and the window were working before shift issue. If so check the fuses first.
It may be a coincidence, In a quiet area you should here a soft click sound, around the shift lever area. If not, try unplugging the brake switch behind the brake pedal, There should be 2, 1 for the rear brake lights the other for the shifter lock-out. If you unplug it you should be able to shift. If unplugging it causes it to shift then you will need to replace the switch.

SOURCE: Interior lights stay on when the switch is off and car is parked
is the door ajar light on sometimes also when driving? I had a similar problem with the light staying on. I determined that it was the passenger front door latch sticking. I opened the door, then took a screwdriver to push the latch shut on the door jamb. (Make the truck think the door is shut even though it is open). Then lubricate that jamb and pull the handle open to open the door. Keep doing this (closing with screwdriver and opening with handle) until the latch works freely. This took care of my light and door ajar problem.
