SOURCE: vent controls

You have lost vacuum to the control head or the vacuum switch is defective in the control head, the vacuum comes from the engine.

SOURCE: poor air flow from floor vents or when multiple vents choosen

There has to be something blocking the output somewhere. Check where vents come out to see if something has fallen down to block them.

SOURCE: 89 Honda Accord Heater doesn't blow air at all

sounds like the blower motor, Get a test light and hook it up to the wires going to the motor this will tell you if power is getting to the motor . Hopfully it is , Just pull the panel off on the pasangers side under the dash and you can see the motor . It's easy to change and should fix the problem. If you get no power it check for power at the switch on the dash . It could have gone bad !!

In my 1998 Honda Accord Lx the hot air does not come out of the heater2_bing.gif vents in the floor, the same is true for cold air in the middle vents on the dash. The side vents on the dash work fine.

Heating / air conditioning control stuck to front defrost vents

There is a vacuum leak under the hood. Find the vacuum line on the passenger side where it comes through the firewall and follow it to the engine. You system needs vacuum to operate and without it the default setting is on defrost for safety reasons.

Problem with air not coming out of vents.

Check for a vacum leak from the engine to the a/c.The color of the hose is black. Also check if the heater control valve hose is unplugged. If you have vacuum the it sounds like the door for the vent/floor/defrost is broken.
