Check your owners manual. Often all 4 tires must be inflated to the same pressure (within a small percentage). Also, don't forget to check the spare (if the spare is equipped with a sensor).

SOURCE: air bag light blinking

get this checked out asap. This indicates the air bag system has a problem, and may not deploy in the event of an accident. Did you just purchase the car w/ this problem, or have u had it a while? I ask, because if u purchased it w/ the blinking light, it could indicate the car was in an accident, the air bag deployed, and it wasn't replaced when repairs were made. That's the worse case scenario, get it checked, hopefully it's something not that serious. Let me know how u make out Curt

SOURCE: Air bag light is blinking on and off

You can disconnect the battery for a few minutes. This will reset the computer. Re-connect the battery.
If the problem continues, you should call up auto parts stores to find one that has the meter for error code read-out. Get the code to find the problem. The read-out is free. Try Advance Auto, AutoZone etc.

The light flashing for a period then staying on is indicative of a faulty switch. Check your tire pressure every couple if weeks and forget about it.

My daughter has a 2006 Murano, and has had the same problems.
Replacement Tire Pressure sensors are available from e-bay online, but when the first one of hers quit, I found out from the dealer that the computer loses track and must be reset. I would not replace any wheel sensors just yet.
Where we live, the Nissan dealer wants about $150 to reset the computer and turn off the "flat tire" light.
Recently, a local tire store has offered to do this for free.
I took my daughter's car in to have the computer reset.
The store manager says they cannot reset Nissans or Toyotas, only the dealer can.
So, my daughter is living with the "flat tire" light.

My tire pressure indicator light is blinking continuously. What's wrong?

Your tires are low on air pressure

Your spare is never checked for air

Your TPMS Sensors in the wheels have failed

A tire store would be a good place to resolve that

TPMS not working properly

Take the truck to a tire shop that carries a nitrogen machine ,and let all the air out of tires and get them to fill them with nitrogen. this should take care of that problem.

Sensor tire light

Your front left tire pressure sensor may be defective or broken. If you have had that tire changed recently, the technician may have inadvertently damaged it with the tire iron. It happened to me. I was quoted $250. to replace the sensor by the Toyota service department. I haven't found a way to disconnect the blinking light - so I let it blink.
