2001 kia rio standard turns off after being turned on.

I cannot leave my 2001 kia rio on for long because it turns off. it does run but you have to keep giving it gas if not it stops. for example, lets say i'm pulling out from my drive way i can not get off to open the gate. somebody else has to open it for me if not my car turns off. the sensors have been checked already and it is still the same what should i do?

Clean the throttle body and the passage way for the idle air control (IAC) motor. If you take the car to a shop to have this done. Tell them that you want a "throttle body service" done to your car. This should help. Good luck.

2001 kia rio turn signals wont work? relay has been replaced and fuse is not the problem. the turn signals will blink up to 3 times then turn off. the hazards are doing the same thing. what should I do?
What about the flasher? Sounds like your turn and hazard are one and the same flasher unit. It would be located under dash, possibly on your fuse box.

bottom rear of engine at bell housing of trans, u will need to jack the car up and put it on safety stands before starting work, also disconnect the battery, be3fore hand ake sure u have the radio code if one is required.
