When i turn key it acts like a dead battery , battery is charged

1st have the battery load tested, I suspect it has a dead cell.

There is a fuse for the windows in your fuse box. That fuse its more than likely open. I would start there.

Andrew's advice is correct. // If your lights do _not_ dim, and you are definitely hearing a ''click'', then it is likely a bad starter solenoid. Nowadays most mechanics will replace the entire starter _if_ the solenoid is attached to the starter; (they usually are). However, if you are DIY type, you can save lots $$$ by only replacing the solenoid itself.

have the head lights on and look at them while someone tries to start it...if they dim your battery is probably bad. If they don't dim you may have a bad solinoid on your starter.

Your alternator is not charging the Battery, I would replace the battery with a new gel battery and have the alternator checked, bets on your battery just died.

If all of the fuses inside the car and in the engine compartment are good, you will need to check the key switch to see if it is providing power to these circuits. You will need a repair manual to get the wiring diagrams.
It's possible the car had a security system and it has failed, or a relay is dead, but I would start with the key switch.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. My blinkers are not working, windows will not roll down, automatic seats wil not move, and my key is stuck in the ignition. maybe it really is a dead battery. Headlights bright? dim? if the lights are bright and you try to start it and they go out or dim, either the battery is bad, or a bad connection. Try to wiggle the cables at the battery.

When you say "turn key dash lights go out and all is dead", do the lights come back on when you turn the key back to "off"?
With key off, try turning on your headlights- are they bright?
Flip to high beams-do they get brighter?
**If lights get dim while trying this, it's the battery-(dead/needs charged or replaced-which may have been caused by a bad alternator).
Leave lights on, now turn your ignition switch to "on"-do the lights get dim or go out?
Try and start the car-anything change?
If the lights were fine until you tried to start the car, more than likely your battery terminals need cleaning/tightening.
The lights should at least get dim when you try and start the car but only while the starter turns over: when the engine is running your lights (as well as all your other electrics) are powered by the alternator.
If you do all this and lights are okay all through this procedure, your problem is probably in your starter circuit. (Starter relay, ignition/key switch)

I had this same problem with my 1997 Blazer, which required a fuel pump replacement as Nitrobike said. The sign to look for is when you get in the Blazer, turn your key forward to the accessory position, but not the start position. You should hear the fuel pump charging. It sounds like a hissing or whirring noise for about 2-3 seconds while it pumps fuel into the lines to prime the engine.

Fuel pump replacement isn't cheap, about $700-$1000.
