There were two standard option size on the 2WD and 4WD Nissan pick up.
2WD there were 195/75-14 and 215/75-14.
4wd there were 235/75-15 and 31X10.5-15.

The clutch disk has broker, a piece of the friction disk material has boken loose and is wedged between the friction disk and the preasur plate. I had this happen to my '77 280Z. You will need to replace the friction disk.
Check your intake and exhaust modules. I have a 1987 D21 and had the same problem (if I understand your post). I replaced the modules located behind the driver side headlights and it fixed the problem. Good luck! I hope this helps.
