check for a headlight relay may have one for each side owners manual sould tell you which one is for headlights you cab swap relay from something else to test if lights work replace relay if not there will be 4 or 5 pins on relay one should have power all the time with key on anther should switch ona nd off with switch other 2 are grounds it is possable that one of the grounds can be controled by the switch also if this is the case there will be 2 terminals hot with key on if all test ok suspect bad headlight switch let me know how you make out

There is usually a relay under the hood that controls these. They could be run in a series which would explain your lack of a blower motor also. Good Luck.

1995 Ford Mustang GT V8. Why do my dim headlights not work?

" dim headlights "? None of your lights should be 'dim'. You have 4 lights.

Side Lights.
Daytime Running Lights (DRL)
Low Beam Headlights.
High Beam Headlights.

Here are the fuses, check fuse 5 and D although they covers more items than lights. Your best bet is to find a good local auto-electrician.

I have a problem with the low beams on my headlights. The high beams works just fine. All of the other lights(turn signal, emergency lights, etc.) work except for the low beams.

Check the fuses first. then replace the turn signal switch if all fuses are good. All the lights run threw it, except the high brake light on the rear.

One low beam head lights will not work, high beam works though

check for a damaged wire for the low beam. Also wouldn't hurt to check the ground wire as the high beam will try and ground through the low beam but not visa verse

have you checked the fuse for the head lights? it only has one bulb for both low and high beams, so it could be the low beam fuse that went out, and if not replace the light bulbs, but make sure you check the fuses first.. good luck!

Low beam head lights not working - The low beams, both stopped working. The high beams work fine. I checked the fuses and all 4 are good. I even swapped the low and high beam fises just in case. No...

if the fuses are good then you need to check for power and ground at the headlight plug that attaches to the headlight bulb if you have a good power and ground there and the connections are good then the bulbs are both no good.or if you can tell the bulbs are burnt out by looking at them then you don`t have to check powers and grounds.you also can directly feed power and ground to the bulb and check both the terminals for high beam and low beam as you cannot tell which is which by looking at the terminals
