You have an operating trampilla ,sorry i only know the word in spanish, the valve thats worked by engine vacumn it opens the vent flap ,the block connection for the vacumn pipe has a series of electrical operating relays that open the valve that lets the vacumn through to the appropiate vents where it opens the trampilla .The fault could lie in either the clima computer or a relay valve or the rubber diaphragm in the trampilla, best of british with it

I have a 2000 Lincoln LS. I replaced the motor over a year ago. I had to take my car back to the garage after having the motor replaces because I had no heat or air. Come to find out, they never hooked it...

Sounds like a faulty mode door actuator for the a/c in the dash. There are a series of mode doors that controls air temperature and air flow. They are located in the passenger side of the dash. If the temperature mode door isn't closing all the way then when you could still be getting heated air from the heater core when on A/C. The blowing only out of the defrost is a textbook sign of a bad mode door actuator.

AC unit is blowing both cold and warm mixing as if

Sounds to me like you've got a stuck door. One of the doors in the air ducts isn't closing/opening all the way. Possibly stuck or possibly a vacuum leak or disconnected/broken vacuum hose. Only way to know is to pull the dash apart. Sucks but gotta be done.

Heat blows out driver vent when ac on

this problem is caused by a defective air temperature control blend door actuator motor, it is about center of dadsh in air ducting, it moves the door that diverts air for cold from ac or hot from heater, you must remove the dash to repace it, about a 15 hour job fotr a home mechanic with a factory repair manual, nearly imposs without one.

My 2004 v6 lincoln ls air conditioner freezes up the climat control works just fine with the ac turned off when you are in auto with the ac on it freezes you out and after a while the air flow stops you...

One of 2 problems, either the system is low on freon or most likely the problem is a bad evap temp sensor. This vehicle does not use a cycling switch to cycle compressor on and off like a conventional system does but instead measures the temp at the evaporator core itself.
