If everything was working before the battery change, whoever did the work broke something, disconnected something or did something else to cause the problem. Goo back to whoever changed the battery.

SOURCE: replacing headlight bulbs on a 2006 chrysler sebring

Behind the headlight you should see a eletrical wires running to the headlight section. There will be a 2 inch round plastic ring. You grap the back of the bulb and turn it to the right which will release the bulb and the socket. You pull out the bulb and replace it the same way. If this doesnt help then get back to me.

SOURCE: 1997 chrysler sebring lxi, Why do headlight fog-up

Dont replace it.. Take a drill and a very small bit and make 3 holes at the very Bottom of the lense.. This will allow moisture to escape. Make sure to burn the head-lites at least 30 mins after ya do this to clear any excess water/moisture out.. Warning! Dont do this if the lense is made of glass.. do it on Plastic only.. Thanx

SOURCE: 2001 Chrysler Sebring--'no start' and no sound when turn over key

There's a fuse under the hood. It's the relay/ABS fuse (20 amps). You have to pull it out to see if it's blown out. If I remeber correctly, it,s the 3rd or 4th fuse down in the 2nd column of fuses. This supplies power to the relays that control the starter, fuel system, AC, and others.

2006 chevy trailblazer fuses for the front lights and tail lights.

What about them ? What front lights ? Headlamps , park lamps, marker lamps ? They don't work ?

Exterior Lamps
The exterior lighting system consist of the following lamps:
ā€¢ The Headlamps
ā€¢ The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL)
ā€¢ The Clearance Lamps (Y92 roof rack only)
ā€¢ The Cornering Lamps
ā€¢ The Front Fog Lamps
ā€¢ The Rear Fog Lamps (Export)
ā€¢ The Park, Tail and Marker Lamps
ā€¢ The Turn Signal Lamps
ā€¢ The Stop Lamps
ā€¢ The Backup Lamps

Park, Tail, Marker, License, and Clearance Lamps
The park, tail, marker, license, and clearance (Y92 only) lamps are turned on when the headlamp switch is placed in the PARK or ON position or anytime the headlights are requested. The I/P BATT fuse in the engine wiring harness junction block supplies battery positive voltage to both the park lamp relay switch contacts and the park lamp coil circuit. The body control module (BCM) provides a ground or control circuit to the park lamp relay coil circuit. When the park lamps are turned on, the BCM energizes the park lamp relay. Current flow is from the park lamp relay to the individual park lamp circuit fuses and to their respective park, tail, marker, and license lamps. The front park and marker lamps are grounded at G107 and G103. The tail lamps are grounded at G401 and G402. The license lamps are grounded at G401. When equipped with the Y92 roof rack option, the clearance lamps are grounded at G302. If the driver places the headlight switch in the ON position after the ignition switch has been turned OFF, the park, tail, marker, license, and clearance lamps will remain on until turned off or the battery runs dead.
The T PARK fuse in the rear fuse-relay block supplies battery positive voltage to a separate park lamp circuit connected to the trailer wiring harness.

What started this mess? tailights, fog lights, brake lights....

The relay has nothing to do with the tail lights, but replacing the switch sounds like a good idea. There's a nut holding it in place, see http://www.skandix.de/en/spare-parts/electrics/switches/switch-headlight/1027524/ to get an idea of the construction. And the price. This is not worth fiddling about unreliable workarounds...
In addition, if fuses 15 and/or 16 burn frequently there might be a problem with the tail light cabling.

Good luck
