Hi there, this is not a diagram for a 2.0L. Can someone provide the diagram for a 2.0L Automatic Camry model year 1988?

Go to any GM dealers parts dept and ask them to show you a exploded diagrams of the area where the part is located then there can ID the part for you.

If the idle speed is higher than normal,say 1200 rpm instead of 900,there is a vacuum leak.Spray throttle body cleaner around the hoses and vacuum lines.The leak will induct the cleaner,which will then burn because it is fuel and raise the engine speed.

Bad ground. You will need a diagram to figure out where the lights ground, but look around the radiator core support and see if any ground wires are loose, or corroded. Even if they look good, loosen and tighten the wires while the flashers are on.
