Please say what you are trying to do.????
what does stuck mean.? (rusted to frame ,clamps bad? what?)
the lines have fittings and are clamped to the frame.
if messing fuel , i recommend getting a REAL FSM
and reading that , , and old 91 car will need lots of service
and a real FSM will be huge pay back and learned fuel safety.
see skeleton here.

SOURCE: hesitation, stalling like out of gas

Clogged Catalytic Converter. What happens is as you push down harder on the accelerator you force more gas into the system causing a slightly richer mixture and more exhaust flow is neccessary. The easiest way to look for a clogged cat is when it's dark out take it for a ride causing it perform it's problem look under the vehicle if the cat is literally glowing red hot you either have a clogged cat or an extremely rich fuel mixture.

SOURCE: how to replace a jeep tj fuel tank?

I would be really careful with doing this repair as this is very dangerous. You need to relieve the fuel pressure by pulling the fuel pump fuse and starting the truck. Drain the tank with a siphon pump. Remove any exhaust or other parts that are in the way, loosen the straps and support the tank with a floor jack and a block of wood. There are several hoses, and a few wire connectors to disconnect and you may want to replace those hoses while you're down there. Once you put the new tank in, reconnect the electrical and hoses, raise the tank and strap it back up. Put anything else back together you took off the truck.
Personally, I would take this in to get fixed as this is dangerous work (I did mention that). I you do this anyway, use your head and buy a proper container to hold the gas in , as well as jackstands and a class "B" fire extinguisher. Disconnect the battery and don't smoke or use a drop light under the car, and I will not accept responsibility for this.

You can replace this hose alone but check all rubber fuel lines for cracks.

SOURCE: Disconnect fuel lines from fuel tank

There are two types of connectors on these lines. Either brightly colored quick-connects which do not require tools, (Just squeeze the tabs together). Or black quick connects which must be pushed back to remove line.

SOURCE: crack in 1996 cherokee fuel line from gas tank.

find out what size the fuel line is then purchase two union fittings for that size, aquire a tubing flare tool in order to flare the ends of the 1 ft. length of tubing you will need to buy for the repair, cut out the damaged length with a tubing cutter making sure you have a clean oil drain pan handy because the gas may continue to flow from tank after the breach of the line, make sure there is an almost empty tank before attempting this job if possible, then take the nut and slide it over the cars cut fuel line that is to be repaired then choose the appropriate hole size on the flaring tool clamp it over the fuel line with about an 1/8 of an inch sticking out, then apply the flare making certain the nut is slid over the fuel line before flaring and it is facing the correct direction, after flaring remove the flaring tool and repeat as neccessary on the replacement section of tubing and on the other side of the fuel line to be repaired tighten up unions with two line wrenches at the same time and check for leaks.

How do I blow out the fuel line?

The fuel line runs from the rear of the fuel throttle body down the rear of the engine to the frame, along the frame to the fuel tank. It might have a fuel filter along the way on the frame, If so you can easily disconnect the line from the filter and blow from that point, back to the fuel tank, and forward to the rear of the throttle body. Make sure and disconnect the line from the throttle body so you don't damage the injectors or jam some trash deeper into them. Plus be careful blowing pressure into the tank, the fuel pump is in the tank and might be damaged from the air pressure. Good luck.

How to remove fuel tank

Run the fuel tank empty, if possible. The Jimmy's tank does not have a drain plug, but if the pump is still operating, then it is the only method of running the tank dry. An empty tank is lighter than a full one, and it makes removal easier.

Unbolt the fuel tank's protective shield by turning its hex-head bolts in a counterclockwise direction. The shield will then slide out. With it removed, the tank's bolts are now accessible

Disconnect the electrical and fuel line connections to the tank's fuel pump, located on the top center front of the tank. There are two (or three) different-sized fuel lines, and one wiring adapter plug that must be disconnected. The hoses come off by pinching or unscrewing their hose clamps, and the plug simply pulls free once its catch is depressed.

Unbolt the fuel tank by turning the bolts that hold it to the frame counterclockwise. The tank should be supported with a jack during this process, as once the tank is freed it will drop from the frame. Lower the tank out of the truck and use the jacks to set it aside to work on it.

If you going to replace the fuel pump:

Unscrew the two screws holding the fuel pump to the tank by turning them in a counterclockwise direction. Once they are out, the pump can be gently pulled upwards and out of the tank. Some residual fuel may spill out, so have a towel handy.

Replace the fuel pump by lowering it into place inside the tank, then securing its screws in a clockwise direction. The plastic fuel pump may be easily damaged by turning the screws too far, so only tighten them enough to seal the pump to the tank.

Replace the fuel tank into the truck with the jack(s), and tighten the bolts that secure it to the frame in a clockwise direction.

Reconnect the fuel lines and adapter plug. The fuel lines are sized for their nipple fittings, and should only fit onto the nipple that they were designed for. Tighten each one with a hose clamp. The wiring adapter plug should make a "snap" sound when it is properly seated.

Fill the tank with fuel and test the new pump. The pump should make an audible whine as the truck is started, and the whine should stop after a couple of seconds. The pump might make a softer sound after the truck is started--this is normal.

After two tanks of fuel has gone through, replace the fuel filter.

Good luck and hope this helps, Note the bolt that holds the gas tank strap may strip or snap. Just cut it off and replace by welding a new bolt for the gas tank strap.

Fuel Pump

The fuel pump is in the gas tank, the best way to do this is to get some friends and remove the bed from the frame. There is i believe 8 bolts that hold the bed to the frame, and don't forget to remove the hardware to the gas tank filler neck. Once the bed is off the frame, you can get to the fuel tank. Disconnect the wire harness and might as well replace the harness since there only $12.00 last i looked, disconnect the fuel line and return line. Remove the fuel pump retainer ring and lift up on the fuel pump sending unit. To install replace the rubber O ring and oil it before installing the new fuel pump sending unit. Install the fuel sending unit retaining ring, gas lines, new wire harness, and filler tube. Good lime also to check the hose to the EVAP since you can inspect them, look for any dry rot to the vacuum lines and replace if needed. Reinstall the bed and use lock tight to the bed bolts or replace them with stainless bolts. Good luck and hope this helps, oh and you might as well change the fuel filter while your have the bed off. The other way is to drop the gas tank which means draining the tank and raising the truck.

How do you changs a fuel pump in a 1995 Dodge

You MIGHT not have to drop the tank. On the 95 LHS (same frame) you can go through the trunk. take the trunk lining out. Underneath it near the back seat there may be an access panel. If so it will make it MUCH easier to replace! Worth the time to check it out!
