Hi I am Vortash you say the emegency brake light stays on , this is probably because the switch beneath the centere consul has stuck .. in the on posistion .. or if the warning light is attached to your low brakes warning system ( check in your manual ) that is downloadable from http://www.safemanuals.com I have just looked at the manual and it says if the light stays on it is because the brake fluid is low and you should seek the assistance of the local dealer .. hope this helps Regards Vortash

Adjust emergency brake lever to get brake light to stay off

? If the brake light is on, check your break fluid level first & top it off. If not, check your break lights - one could be out. Last - it's likely your pads are worn down & need new breaks. Have it checked.

Break light on

check to see if the brake light switch under the dash is still mounted in it's holder..if it is not the brake lights will stay on....if you are talking about the brake light on the dash then I would check to see if the emergency brake is engaged or if the switch on the emergency brake assembly is bad

Abs light emergency light stay on

Hi, You should check for a sligt break fluid leak from the break light switch (attacked to the master cylinder). Yeah, I know this seems strange, but on my 2001 this leak caused all types of problems with lots of dashboard indicators. The leaking switch was a recall for Ford Trucks, but not the minivans. Hope this helps

Break light....

There's a switch on your emergency brake that the indicator (on your dashlight) operates from. Sometimes it slips in its bracket and gets out of adjustment causing your dash light to stay on. Its located on the upper part of your emergency brake pedal. Hope this works for you. Goodluck.
