Suggest you check the wiring harness for continuity.
(Unplugged from ECM, of course!)

These wiring harnesses have a bad rep for intermittent breaks, in the wires of the harness. You have to wiggle the harness while running a continuity check, (Multimeter set to OHMS), otherwise the break/s may not show up.

Yes, I know where that harness is located. No, it's not Even going to be fun to remove, and check this harness!

I had to do this with a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville, with a 3.8L engine, not too long ago. Everything had to be removed, on the front of the engine, Including the water pump, in order to extract this harness.

Made me SO happy! (I still get the 'Giggles' when I think about it!!)

Misfire in spark plug 2

swap the injector with another cylinder and see if the misfire follows the injector or start with a compression test

Po304

P0304 Code indicates a misfire on cylinder 4
Most likely causes for this are bad wire, bad spark plug, bad coil(s) or bad dist cap if so equiped.
A vacuum leak can also cause a misfire.
Seeing the vehicle is going on 13 years old replacing the wires and the plugs would be a good place to start, and could be the solution
