Push the sunroof control lever forward in the direction of close (about 10 seconds) until the sunroof moves a little. Then, release the lever.

After having my 2006 santa fe serviced at 60000 miles, my cruise control doesn't work. I had it lubed, radiator flush, oil change, brakes checked, timing belt replaced, water pump replaced.

Try checking all of your rear brake lights to see if they are working. If you have a burned out bulb the control cannot complete the circuit and the cruise will not work. Dont forget the third brake light sometimes have more than one bulb in them so check closely to make sure that all bulbs are good.

I AM TOLD I NEED TO CHANGE THE TIMING BELT ON MY 2006 4X4 HYUNDAI SANTA FE BECAUSE I'M AT 62,000 MILES AND MY MAINT. BOOK STATES IT SHOULD BE CHANGED AT 50K. IS THIS COSTLY?

$400 to $500 dollars... and the replacement interval is not 50,000 miles.. it's 60,000 (by the way, the reason the belt should be replaced is the fact IT'S GOING TO BREAK.... no doubts!).

Parking brake

I just replaced rotors on my 2003 Santa Fe, There are 2 phillips screws in the rotor that must be removed. There is an auto adjuster on bottom of brakes. That inspection hole is very small! Sometimes you must tap a hammer around the drum to loosen the rust. Hope this helps.
