Yes it sounds like the switch is stuck in the park position.
You could pull the harness plug for the switch and check the circuits with a meter, or replace the switch.

To change the spark plugs in a Nissan Rogue find 4 wires (since this is 4 cylinder) pull them out and remember or write somewhere where they go(this is important). Unscrew the spark plugs with long wrench. Install the new one and plug the wire. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remove the air duct on the engine and Disconnect the harness and brackets around the ignition coil and remove the ignition coil. Unscrew and remove the spark plug and replace it with new spark plug in to the cylinder well and tighten it. Make sure to adjust the tension of spark plug as per the specification of spark plug manufacturer. it sounds like ur valves and valve stems is worn or it can be ur piston rings.hope it helps

thode screws hold the lens or the light assembly? Allow for the whole tail light to come out and the bulb plug will be accessible. I never had the privilage. But how the lens fits will tell you. If the lens goes overthe edges, the whole unit comes out, lens is sealed. Good luck
