Bought an OBDII scanner and scanned the code for the CEL - got a P0402 code - related to EGR valve - inspected the valve and found cracked vacuum hose - cut off an inch of hose and reattached - no more CEL - your problem may be different

How do I in stall a aftermarket air fuel ratio gauge on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia

You need to add a bung into the exhaust system and install a wideband O2 sensor into it so the AFR meter can work. You can't remove one of the existing O2 sensors and install the wideband there as the ECM needs to read the sensors to operate properly.

Had downstream oxygen sensor replaced in 2001 jetta v6. now it's loud when idling and runs rough.

Sounds like it was installed incorrectly. If that's the case you may have an exhaust leak and the sensor will not read the correct air/fuel ratio causing the engine to run poorly.

How do I change a speedometer transmitter on a 2001 volks wagen jetta gls

The item you are looking into is call Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS).

It's on the body of the transmission.

With engine off and key out

Pull the sensor cap off and replace the sensor.

Make sure the connector are tight otherwise dirt and corrosion will damage the contact.

2001 Jetta 1.8T 172 engine code

You may just have a dirty MAF sensor, spray brake clean through the sensor and clear the code, run it a few days to see if the code comes back.
