All warning lights flashing on dash of chevy trailblazer 2003. Runs fine all gagues go dark like truck is turned off but runs fine

Probably complete failure of the I/P dimmer

Make sure your tank is venting.

Is the anti-theft light lit on the instrument cluster ? When you turn the key to start , nothing happens ?

Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and connect it back up again and re-check.

Were these same warning lights displaying before the battery was replaced?

Oil pressure guage is generally for the engine instead of the transmission. Probably a bad sending unit or gauge. Most commonly it is a bad sending unit or broken connection between the dash and the sending unit mounted on the engine.

with the details that you have provided, it sounds like it may be either a ground, or ignition relay, but I've also encountered the same problem being the starter wire to the starter. The reason I think that is because of your dash lights coming back on .If you have use of a voltmeter you can test and see how much power is actually going to the starter An ignition relay could do the same, but usually won't interrupt the engine after it's running.

Yes it may be the wires are shorting or its actually the problem with instrument cluster.
Also get the vehicle scanned for any error codes stored in computer this will confirm whether is short circuit issue or actual problem:------

I have a 2008 pt cruiser sometimes the dashboard will flash off and and but not all the time

normal condition lamp sensor on top of instrument panel turns lamps on and off with lighting conditions when headlamps are on dash lights are on whwn drl,s are on dash lamps are off

under car pass side just behind tire on firewall looking for tube that makes 90 degree bend make sure not clogged if still leaking check for cracks in the evap case
