Could be many things such as a leak in the a/c system, blend door/motor, clogged orphus tube, or an electrical problem in the a/c circut- i usually recomend that a/c work be handled by the professionals due to health hazards and most people don't have the right tools to do the job.

Why won't the air conditioner blow air?

The very first thing you need to do is to check for fuses or say faulty fuse. Secondly check fan which starts along with air conditioner, it might be manually switched off or the fan may have been clogged. Also reason can be lack of refrigerant - charge your air conditioner with refrigerant. Last thing you need to check is cooling coil - the cooling coil may freeze if there is no refrigerant in the system.

My air conditioner in my 2006 ford freestyle is blowing warm air. If I speed up it will cool a little and then when i turn off my car there is a clicking noise coming from the dash

I had the same problem with my ford, it turned out to be a door in the dash that switched between heat and a/c, the clicking noise is the gears flaping the door but not being able to open, if your heat works fine but not a/c this is the problem. BTW this part is very hard to get to without removing your dash.
