Where is the location of the fill plug for the manual transmission for a 1993 toyota corolla

When looking for a "faster" transmission you need to check the actual individual gear ratios of each gearbox and match anticipated rpm to available peak torque of the engine. This gets a bit complicated but likely if you speak with anyone who drag races a similar vehicle they can hook you up with charts & formulas. As far as top speed goes, that's all determined by your engine and differential/tire combination as all units are 1:1 in fourth gear (fifth gear is overdrive and may give you slightly more top end) For a street car, there are far easier ways of wringing out a bit more performance.

the fill pluig is on the side of the transmission case, to access this you must jack the car up and crawl under it to see the plug
SOURCE: i need to locate the Tranny fluid drain plug on my
If it is an automatic than there is no drain plug for the transmission. You will need to drop the pan and drain the fluid this way. If it is a standard then the drain plug will be on the bottom of the transmission. It will most likely be a 3/8 allen bit. Hope this helps. Good luck.
