Side mirrors may be a wiring issue possibly near the driver door area where it would come from the door into the A pillar to under the dash,sometimes from age and door operation the wires break inside that harness.AC issue would need to be checked by a certified AC tech to check for leaks and operation,could also be a electrical issue or low on freon from a leak.
Here is how I done it with my 2002 Sebring LimitedIf the car has a release button on dashboard but you don't have keys to turn on ignition, (they locked in trunk) remove fuse cover (end of dash drivers side) remove fuse marked for dash lights and PRND1234 leave for 2 or 3 min then while holding trunk release button re-insert fuse and trunk release should work
find your owners manuel find what fuse is protecting those two items check those fuses with a volt meter . if the fuses has failed it did its job . you over loaded that curict
