Washer fluid will not spray in 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport

The panel on the front passenger side had come out, so I put it back in. This is the one where there are a few fuses etc, on the right side of the front passenger. And i refilled the washer fluid.

Tried to use the fluid to test and clean the windsheild, the blades move but no fluid comes out. This is the same case with the rear wipers. I know there are 2 motors and odds of them going off together seems low. What can i check? Did placing that panel door affect the washer motor?

If there is a hum when you press the washer button but no fluid than try cleaning the holes where the fluid comes out if that don't work than try replacing the supply hoses. If there is no hum than first check the fuses and if they arn't blown than you more than likly have a faulty motor. Both? unlikely but not impossible. Good luck.

Hi i have Cherokee sport 2001 and central door locks not working, at the same time all passenger windows cannot be open only i can open from driver side console. few days back all the door locks start

Try unplugging the passenger door module from the wiring harness. Module may be bad. I see one screw holding it with tabs at the other end. You should be able to pull it up without removing the door panel. I see there are modules online for less than $40.

Where is the fuse box for the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

I have a 2000 but the 99 is probably the same. Mine is on the passengers side front seat area under the glove box. Youll need to remove the access panel of course. There are also fuses located under the hood on the passengers side.

Hi...I have a 1999 Jeep cherokee Sport. The windshield washer quit..dont know if it is a clogged line or a pump. Not hearing the pump when I activate. Also lines appear to be hidden.

This is most likely due to the washer pump going out. I just replaced mine on my 2000 cherokee. There is a front and back pump which is located under the drivers side fender. You will have to remove the plastic corner bumper to get access to the pumps. This is an easy job to do yourself. Dont forget to have something ready to drain the fluid into when you remove the pump from the washer tank. The front pump is located below the rear pump.

Power window systems failing in past few months. 3 of 4 now dead.

before spending alot of money on windows motors, try to take out the switch in the door handle and spray contact cleaner in the switch.. sometimes if you use alot of armor all on the door panels it will work its way into the switch and make it dirty.
