please start your own post from scratch.
    with you cars full spec,facts
    do not piggy back posts
or you will get wrong answer 9/10 times
    sorry. cars are complex.
    and off topic here brakes.
    please do post , !

year ,make ,model and engine there.

the cars glove box users guide covers that.
audio chapter (sounds) and its jacks.
fog lamps ?what aftermarket lamps? or factory?
we can not guess what is there now
nor what is to be put there in details.
some cars have no fog lamps at all.
and adding those takes special fused kit.
not just hacked in,ever or risk a fire.

Per Chilton Auto repair manual:

Removal & Installation

  1. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the rear wheel.
  3. Siphon a small amount of brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir.
  4. Insert a small prybar through the caliper opening and pry the caliper cover (using the outboard brake pad) to bottom the piston in the caliper bore.
  5. Remove the caliper slide bolts.
  6. Remove the caliper from the anchor.

WARNING Support the brake caliper with mechanics wire. Do not let the caliper hang by the brake hose.
  7. Remove the brake pads from the caliper.
To install:
  1. Install the brake pads onto the caliper.
  2. Lubricate the slide pin bolts with grease provided with the brake pads, or suitable silicon grease equivalent.
  3. Install the caliper on the anchor and tighten the slide pin bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).
  4. Install the rear wheel.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Pump the brake pedal several times until a firm pedal is obtained in order to properly seat the pads.
  7. Refill the brake fluid reservoir to the proper level.

it may be the same as grand cherokee same year.
watch out for CHil-TONS, it mixes years and models.
I have the real FSM for most years older than all mine.
    2006 shows.
chapter 5 is it , titled BRAKES
    2005 to 10.

    1. Raise and support vehicle.
    2. Remove rear wheel and tire assembly.
    3. Drain small amount of fluid from master cylinder brake reservoir with a clean suction gun.
    4. Bottom caliper pistons into the caliper by prying the
    caliper over.
    5. Remove the caliper slide pins (4).
6.Remove caliper (1) from the anchor.

    7. Secure caliper (1) to nearby suspension part with
wire. Do not allow brake hose to support caliper
    weight.
    8. Remove the inboard & outboard brake pads from
    the caliper.

I will gander at jeep.com see the parts page for your car
to see if the same it is.

commander looks the same to me, is not commander just more seats and longer SUV? IDK much about them.

looking at that same as front really.
use brake grease on the pins 10, the shell on those grease outside of it. the part that slides gets the special Hight temp grease.

remove MC fluid a tad before retracting the caliper pistons.
or it can leak dot4 under hood and eat paint up.

always grease the pins last, on assembly
so the sliders can not jamb up a very dangerous thing to happen.
or get pro to do it right IMHO

a pro does a full inspection
    for leaks
for rusty lines and damage to them end to end
    warped or cracked (OMG) rotors
    bad wheel bearings
    bad parking brake parts.
calipers are shot or leaking or seized
caliper sliders rusted and a wreck, buy new ones cheap. #5 to 10 above
and more. Full ABS testing and parts.
as we say , gee it's ONLY BRAKES !

Why does my 2006 commander rear brake grab when turning?

hi, if the grab is while braking, there may be an uneven piston to pad/drum wear or adjustment -- check brake assembly and pressure equalizers on the lines -- they put equal hydrolic pressure to both wheels - if one is bad, that will also cause problem of grab

My 06 jeep commander makes a noise like brakes dragging when backing up first thing in the morning.

thasts because they are possibly dragging and to find it you would need to jack vehicle up and turn each wheel in turn ,it could be anything from a piston in a brake caliper to the handbrake shoes which are inside the rear brake disk

What is the procedure to replace front and rear brake pads on 1 2006 Audi A4 Quattro? It doesz not seem to be the same process as American cars.

For front brake pads replacement you need only usually wrench set, inclusive 7 mm allen key also. But for rear brake pads replacement you need obligatory a special caliper piston pressing tool, in order to press back rear caliper piston with parking brake automatic adjustment!!! For front brake pads. First you must verify yours front brake disc diameter: 280 mm or 288 mm. (On my car y have 288 mm). After that you can buy the brake pads (with wear sensor). For change front brake pads you must raise vehicle, remove wheels, extract the retaining spring of the caliper, and remove the caliper as follow: 1. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, and do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose! 2. Remove top and bottom caps (on back side of the caliper) for access to guide pins, then unbolt and remove them from the brake carrier. Remove the caliper. 3. Now you must thoroughly clean the brake calipers (free of grease). 4. Remove outer brake pad from brake carrier. 5. Pull inner brake pad out of brake caliper piston. 6. Check up the brake fluid level on the reservor, and emptying if neccessary! 7. Push piston back into brake caliper housing. 8. Install inner brake pad (with expanding spring) in brake caliper piston. (Arrow marked on pad - if exist, must point in direction of brake disc rotation when vehicle is moving forward). 9. Install outer brake pad into brake carrier. 10. Bolt brake caliper housing to brake carrier using two guide pins. Tightening torque is 25 Nm. 11. Install both caps. 12. Insert retaining spring into brake caliper housing. Important: Depress the brake pedal firmly several times while the car is stationary so that the brake pads adjust to their normal operating positions!!! Check brake fluid level and top up if neccessary!!!

How to change rear brake pads on audi a6 2006

Remove the tires, Remove the calaper bolts, (small heads on them 12mm or so) Remove calaper, Pads are setting in a holder. Lube new pads with litheum grease and place in holder. (look at old pads, one or both may have small metel tab on one end) If the new pads have the tab, put that pad where the old pad with the tab was. (ie. tab to the inside) Press pistion in with a 'C' clamp. If it won't go in easly, it may screw in. If the parking brake cable is hooked to the calaper, it probly screws in. Use large pliers to screw in calaper piston. Place calaper over pads and install bolts (lube bolts) Rember to pump brakes befor driving . to get a solid peddle.
