1993 lexus LS 400 speedometer works sometimes

The sensor was changed but that did not help. Sometimes the speedometer works, and sometimes it does not. It will work for a few hours and then stop working.

Hi...the needle assembly at the speedometer is faulty. Because your dash instrument is all electronics with no cables or moving parts attached, your whole instrument needs to be placed....hope this helps.

93 LS 400 fan blower is not blowing. It works sometimes and it does not other times. When I turn the A/C on, A/C compressor kicks in, I can feel and some cold air comes but it is not being blown by the...

Sound like the fan is not spinning, possible the fan bearing is shot. You will need to replace the blower unit

1992 SC300 Speedometer doesn't read accurately. Can it be calibrated?

No however the speed sensor can be replaced.

A couple of things can throw off the speedo, Tire diamete size, did you go a size up? this will make the speed show slower that you are actually moving. If you did, then it's working correctly. you will just have to make a mental note of the change or go back to the original size.

When i start my 1993 lexus ls400 it idles ok sometimes but when i get going or push on the gas it just creeps along i replaced the iac valve and the tp sensor still nothing oh and sometimes it backfires...

replace the mass air flow sensor.
