I am still getting reduced power, check engine, and now after changing the TAC, when this problem happens passlock unlocks my doors while i am driving and then gives me the reduced power. Ive changed the peddle twice, wires and plugs, TAC all in last few weeks(4 tops). Leaving mechanics and within a km this happened 3 times. Was suggested to take to dealer for idle relearn, in your opinion would that reset the evu and stop this from happening since i changed the TAC

it is likely a relay in the fuse panel under the dash. feel the tops of them as you have someone try the power locks or windows if that is not working. the relay should click or become very hot.

Try some injector cleaner in the fuel--there might be some water in the fuel also. Check the air cleaner.

it sounds like it could be your pcm power control module. only because there are so many different lights coming on at once. or and this may sound stupid but check under the drivers seat. there is a ontrol box there. push the connector and make sure its connected... Believe it or not.. when the seat moves it can tug on the cable. It did on mine and I lost the fuel pump and the fuel guage. I also lost traction control. I had the pump replaced and of course it worked when i drove it out of the dealer only to stop 2 days later... By chance i came accross a web page.. I cant find it now. and a guy had the same problem and it took 4 weeks for the dealer to find out it was under the seat. I check mine frequently and have not had a problem since... lucky for me the fuel pump was under warrenty.

When my check engine light went on, it was a oxygen sensor

There is no p01001, it's either p0100, or p0101.
Anyway, it's the mass air flow sensor that's bad. The p0171 and p0174 is a lean condition on bank 1 and bank 2, which are the oxygen sensors. Change the mass air flow sensor and that should take care of the p0171 and 74 codes.
The mass air flow sensor can cause the 02 sensors to read lean.
The u1301, is a class 2 circuit short to battery. That, you have to test wires to find with a voltmeter/continuity tester.
I would try and find that short before changing the flow sensor, you don't need the new one shorting out, they are not that cheap.

Your going to need to take this to a ASE certified repair shop or the dealer , you probably don't have the diagnostic tools to trouble shoot this problem.
