The climate control panel on my 1999 Honda accord stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are fine. Could it be a relay problem?

when temp rises, it slows/stops electronics. Inside your distributor there is a ICM chip. That's usually done the trick at my shop I used to have. Oh, other thing it could be is cat converter- is there exhaust (full) coming out?

SOURCE: cooling fan only comes on when the AC is on. Have checked relays and fuse.

there are 2 fans 1 for the ac that only comes on when the ac is on thats normal.and the radiator fan that comes on when it reaches 160' to 180'degrees only on electric fans.u might have to reposition the wires on the fan.

these cars have i issue of the knobs breaking in the back try switching the blower knob with it and see if it works as far as the clock they are not tied together most likely the bulb is burned out stick a small screw driver under it pull down the clock pops out you will be able to see the bulb

u got bad door lock actuator

SOURCE: Both turn signals stopped working

YOUR WIRES IN THE STEERING WHEEL MIGHT BE SHORTENING OUT AND THE WIRE TO FUSE BOX MAY ALSO HAVE A SHORT
