My 97 Chevrolet blazer air conditioning. The air isn't blowing out the vents instead it's blowing from the defrost unit on top of dash. the air is cold.
There is a black vacuum hose in back of the glove box toward the top connected to a gray hose about 1/8 thick.You need to check to see if there is vacumm there.If yes then you need to take the bolts off to be able to tip the dash back enough to see all the vacuum hoses.Make sure they are all connected.It was alot of bolts but its is the best way.I had a hose off going to one of the acuator doors.Glued it back on and works great
Just had the same problem. It was a broken vacuum line on top of the engine. Check all vacuum hoses, and especially the one that goes to your pot. You should hear it hissing when the engine is running. If not, wiggle them around until you find one. Let me know how it goes.
There is a black vacuum pot bolted to your hood on the drivers side. Make sure the vacuum hose is still on it.
