) I am trying to hardwire phone charger and the satnav on this Chrysler. I have tried my best to locate the interior fuse box but cannot see it anywhere. Have had a look at the panel near steering column which lot of people suggest but it is not there! Anyone out there who can refer me to any diagram to how to locate this thing or website you can suggest? also which fuse may be better to use the piggy back fuse as I am planning to add a circuit using piggy back fuse holder advertised on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Add-A-Circuit-Fuse-Tap-Piggy-Back-Standard-Blade-Fuse-Holder-ATO-ATC-12v-24v-/170709632237?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123
Find the fuse box behind the glove compartment door. See this video.
Most phone charger require less than an amp or two at 12 VDC so you could probably "sneak" the piggyback device in your link above on anything existing - but I'd recommend a higher value fused circuit like a 20 ~ 30 amp types. Stay away from those used for headlights, wipers, etc. Connecting to radio, A/C, Heater, etc may be a better choice. Check your manual to see if there is an accessory fuse slot designed for this purpose.
