found it. I did, fuse 30/34 and 30 amps,in battery JB.

There is a relay that powers the blower motor circuit . Left I/P fuse box , do you know where that is ? The relay is IGN 3 relay .

Does your car have Manual or automatic climate control ?
some air con systems have a pollin filter in the ac system . I would recommend changing that as well as check the condensation out let pipe to the out side off the vehicle . some time that drain may be blocked , a dust gun can help un block in short bursts of air . hope this is of some help
its located on the right cowl panel (where your wipers are ) they usally have three 20 torx screws holding it down the cover that is remove the cover pull it up and outward ( clean out debris first ) so debris wont fall into blower motor and reasemble watch tab on right side upon installition
if you have to change it,you will need the service manual.but before you do change it look for a sensor,relay,or a fuse going to the heater motor.if the heater motor has not been beaten up than i would not change it .it could have gotten wet and blowen the fuse relay or sensor
Check the heater fan resistor.It is usually under the dash on the heater box near the interior fan.Common problem and not very expensive but depending in which country you live
