My blower moter continues to blow, even when the car is turned off. The A/C is also only blowing on high. Can someone please tell me what is causing this problem?
The blower motor control module is shorted internaly. It will have to be replaced.
The blower motor control module is under the hood on top of the HVAC box. Yes if you have basic tools and knoledge you can do it yourself quite easily. Open the hood, unhook the negative battery cable. Remove the engine cover if it has one. At the back of the engine on the fire wall there is a relay/fuse block. Remove the nuts from the sides of it. Then under it there is a module with two connectors, that is it. Replace that and your fan will work right. Good Luck
do not buy this part. it may or may not be right and the part is very expensive. it could also be the relay. it could also be the blower motor. it could also be the electronic control module. There is no right answer without proper diagnostics.

Thanks so much for your help,
Where do I find this module/resistor at on my car? Is it something that maybe I can fix myself? Maybe :)
