How do I remove the rear door panel on my Buick Park avenue

Doesn't have a fuse for power seats . Use's a circuit breaker , 25 amp circuit breaker PWR SEAT located in rear fuse box . This rear fuse box is under the back seat . Did you look under the seat to see if something is blocking the seat tracks ? Does the vehicle have memory seats ?

If neither the inside nor outside door handle are operating about the only thing you can do it remove the inside door panel and got directly to the latch. Not easy to do, especially without breaking something.

Use a thin putty knit or knife blade and gently pry the retainers to release the vent register.

A bulb is burned out , check rear and front.

Look under near fuel tank,open fuel door It may be the fuel cap try these areas and get back to me thanks

These are a pain to do so you will need to remove the small trim peice behind the inside door handle to get to a small screw holding the door trim on. Next retaining clips hold on the sides and bottom door trim. Some screws may be on the bottom too on some models. using an old tablr fork helps out by removing the center fork prongs which will be used as a pry bar to pry up on these clips. Once removed you can gain access to the switch. Some models will let you pry out the switch panel instead of removing the whole door trim. If the switch is mounted in a panel that is separate from the door trim it will come out that way separately

it pops off, also there are screws in the armrest, and one nut behind the warning /step light at the rear of the doors it is hard to get to, but a long 10m wrench will do it!!

May have to take the panel from the inside get some oil on the componet.

Remove or Disconnect

Door handle trim plate.

1. .Install or Connect
   
   
2. Electrical connector and door lock cable.
3. Trim panel by engaging hooks on backside of panel.
4. Push pin fastener in defroster duct.
5. Screw from behind lamp assembly.
6. Courtesy lamp assembly.
7. Two screws in arm rest.
8. Arm rest cover plate.
9. Door handle trim plate.

There May Be A Need to Drill Out RIVETS that Hold Motor in place,. Just Replace with>>MACHINED SCREWS & BOLT'S




Remove or Disconnect

1. Trim panel. See: Doors, Hood and Trunk\Doors
2. Four tabs retaining switch.
3. Electrical connector.

Install or Connect

1. Electrical connector.
2. Snap switch into trim panel.
3. Trim panel.
