Hello starryconstr: My name is Roger and I can answer your question. The location of the fuel pump relay is behind the glove box. Once you remove the glove box you will see a relay panel. This should be a 3 relay panel. The relay on the left side should be the fuel pump relay. Please rate the quality of this answer as this is how we know you have received the information you wanted. Thank You for using FixYa. Roger
SOURCE: 1996 Chevy Blazer...where is the fuel pump reset
There is no reset button on the Blazer or any GM cars for the fuel pump. The fuel pump fuse is the same as the ECM fuse at the end of the dash on the drivers side. The relay in in the glove box behind the rely cover at the back of the glove box and i think it's the middle relay out of the three that is the fuel pump relay.
Most likely that's it's going to be a bad fuel pump. The pump is reted to only be good up to 150,000 miles and anything longer then that is borrowed time.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck.

check coil pack to see if it gets spark, fuel pump relay and fuel pump and all the fuses are all the things you will need to check for

They should be on seperate circuits. Tyour key on and ck to see if you have any fuel flow. Fuel pumps in tanks do **** out. chk to see if you have any fuel flow by loosening a fluel line. No fuel, no pump. good luck
