Why is there oil shooting into my intake and and motor knocking when when going into second gear?

do not run or drive any engine like that, or it can hydrlock and total engine destruction easy. even 60cc of oil can do that. per piston
no car told posted to cars
no year, no engine told. at all and is an engine question!
tell where eyes were looking at the shooting event
tell exactly where or post a photo of this spot.
we cant guess it , lacking no engine told. of 1000's or more.
sounds like PCV failure max. or hosed, connected wrong.
only air goes into the Intake, then up stream,. fuel injects where you can not see it. (MPI, TBI yes, MPI no)
do not ignore oil leaks, for sure where you just said.
for sure.
or confused and think OIL is Antifreeze coolant/
both are equally bad here, liquids can not compress in car.
when it does BOOM happens $%$$$$$$ and wallet empty.

It's not very uncommon for new diesels to use some oil, nor that it turns blackish. Most important: No leaks ? Checked your parking spots for oilspots ? Checked the engine for 'wet/oil' spots ? If you have some, clean 'm up, perhaps with some degreaser and check again after driving for a while, might enable you to locate any leak/bad connection.etc quickly.

Other causes: driving in really cold or changing temperatures or with very heavy duty loads; bad diesel-quality. Also make sure you have enough diesel in the tank, never let it run 'almost' dry/empty as that puts strain on the fuelpump and can clog the fuelfilter and lead to more oil-usage. ANd are you letting the engine come upto to 'normal operating' temperature before use put some serious load on it (you should) ?

When still in doubt, have an diagnostics readout, check out online Shogen forums or just take it to the dealer, you probably still have warranty !

No oil filler spot only dip stick and valve covers where do I put oil in chevy 350 block engine

Has to have one. Look around, should be located on your valvecovers, if your valvecovers don't have a place to put oil in, I suggest buying a cover that does and installing it.

How to install oil pressure sender chrysler sebring 2002

Hi there:
Take it from Bulliten Repair for the Oil Sending Unit:

- Remove engine oil pressure switch connector from switch.

- Remove sealing dart from the empty cavity at the rear of the connector.
- Pull terminal locking ring outward from front (switch) side of connector to gain access to terminal locking tabs.
- Install wire terminal/vent, p/n 05017800AA, in place of the removed sealing dart. Slide locking ring back into place.

- Attach the connector back on the oil pressure switch.

- Spot tape the wire/vent to follow the harness towards the top of the engine compartment.

I have a 1999 toyota camry and it just resently started leaking engine oil. It is not leaking around the filter or the oil plug. It only leaks when the car is running. Where is the next most common place...

the most common place for a leak, especially when the engine running, is the rocker cover gasket on the top of the engine. other places include the crankshaft and camshaft oil seals, the sump gasket, and as you have already said, the oil filter and sump plug.
it is a lot easier to spot a leak if you pressure clean the engine first.
that way it is much easier to see any fresh oil and where it is coming from
