I've been having a rather hard vibration in my truck when I accelerate or deccelerate @ 25 mph. The vibration goes away when I speed up past 25 or slow down to below 25. I also have some uneven tire wear on the front tires.
U-joints were replaced and I was going to have the tires rotated and checked for broken belt(s). Any other ideas on what to check for? Tie-rods maybe?

Since you are getting your car aligned make shure that they check the constant velocity joints.....
when these are bad...what you get is a vibration in one o both sides, also you might hear a tapping sound when steering.

Unfortunately, it is often difficult to accurately pinpoint drivetrain problems with only a road test. Expand the undercar investigation by putting the vehicle up on the lift, where it is possible to get a good view of what is going on underneath.
