Hi there, I have a wierd problem with Steering wheel, when i try to move the steering wheel when car engine is started, it wont move,up on trying hard i will be able to back the car and much difficulty i will be able to steer it make it align straigh and when driving the steering wheel move free. When my leg is on accelelator pedal it moves free. please help.

I will take a shot at this one, if you look at your front wheels they are probably turned, If they are turned you need to turn the steering wheel as much as you can, I realize you have wiggled the wheel and the column is locked but you should be able to turn it a little. With it turned and pressure from you turning the wheel try to turn the key.

Sounds like you have a split belt on one of your front tires. Check this by jacking up car and support on stands. Spin tires by hand and look for uneven tire surface.

ball joints do you have fix a flt or slime in your tires or tie rod end

correct then remove screws for turn signal switch and compress the lock plate and remove that to access lock cylinder.
