most relays for this are under the hood in the fuse box it is usually on the pass side just on the wheel well could be on drivers side also but it should be there ,
it is the automatic load leveler that pumps air into the back shocks to level the car so it rides better when there are lots of people or weight in it. it is in the frontof the car opposite the battery, just disconnect it. had the same problem on my 1990 olds 98.
