Weak or faulty wiper motor, or wiper motor under heavy load, clean out snow ice and debri then retry wipers.

SOURCE: blower motor for a 1997 acura tl
one of 2 places either under the dash behind the glove box or under the hood on the passengerside. first i would check the fuse and or fan motor relay. these are located in the box under the hood or under the dash on the drivers side. also i would check the reostat which controls the fan speed this is located near the motor and is held in place by 2 screws and has 2 wires hooked to it. one more thing to check is to make sure the switch is still good

Be sure to check your inter defogulators on your Pq model of your V6 engine. If you don't have a V6 or a later model, nothing can be done to fix this.
