Wiper motor went out, I replace the motor. Then when in intermittent mode the wipers would only go half way and stop, they would only work in continuous mode. now the wiper fuse keeps blowing

one of 2 places either under the dash behind the glove box or under the hood on the passengerside. first i would check the fuse and or fan motor relay. these are located in the box under the hood or under the dash on the drivers side. also i would check the reostat which controls the fan speed this is located near the motor and is held in place by 2 screws and has 2 wires hooked to it. one more thing to check is to make sure the switch is still good

YOUR WIPER MOTOR COULD HAVE BINDING LINKAGE AND PIVOTS.TRY LUBRICATE THEM WITH WD40.TRY NOT TO GET ANY ON WINDSHIELD.IF THIS DONT WORK WIPER MOTOR COULD BE FAULTY.

Be sure to check your inter defogulators on your Pq model of your V6 engine. If you don't have a V6 or a later model, nothing can be done to fix this.
